Influenza Yearly from to 6 to 35 months of age. First vaccine to be given in two doses at least 4 weeks apart.

Parents and Caregivers of infants should check with the doctor, nurse, or local health clinic for the best immunization schedule for their infants.

Means your child is due for an immunization.

* Teens who did not receive HB vaccine as babies need 3 doses of HB at 11-12 years of age.

** This is a Tdap shot. It contains the inactivated pertussis vaccine. Everyone should receive a Tdap shot every 10 years.

*** This dose may not be needed depending on the brand used.

**** This dose may not be needed if your child has contracted varicella or received a dose of Var at 12 - 15 months.

*****Hepatitus A requires a second dose in six months. (Two doses total)
