Clay County's Adult Health Program

The Adult Health Program is committed to maintaining and improving the health of people 21 years of age and older through prevention and education. This program offers a complete physical examination and detailed health history along with blood pressure, weight, height, blood work, urinalysis, and hemoccult screening tests based on the individual's risk factors, signs, or symptoms. Clients are provided with educational information pertaining to their concerns and, if needed, referrals are made for further follow-up and treatment.
