Maternity Care Coordination (MCC)

The Clay County Health Department Maternity Care Coordination program is designed to assist Medicaid eligible pregnant women in finding services to meet their needs during pregnancy. The Maternity Care Coordinator is a Registered Nurse who will help you throughout your pregnancy and up to 2 months after the birth of your child. The Maternity Care Coordinator can assist new moms in getting WIC, food stamps, Medicaid, support and counseling, and parenting education. Your MCC Coordinator can also give you information regarding Childbirth Classes.
